The House The house is located on a cozy quiet residential street, 20 metres from a beautiful long beach and 50metres from the famous towering sand dunes of Genipapabu. The property is a spacious one floor open plan build. It has 6 double sized fully furnished rooms (4 in the main house with 3 adjoining bathrooms and 2 in a separate backbuilding with 2 bathrooms and small kitchen. The main house also has a spacious kitchen with all utensils and appliances. The lounge area is designed in a stylish traditional Brazilian stone style with modern TV, DVD, cable and internet access. The front and back gardens of the property cover a massive 1700 square metres with mango trees, bananas, limes, custard apples, cashew nuts and olives (there is lots of space for property extention ie chalets, house or swimming pool). Genipabu retains an idyllic tranquility, teeming with nature as well as providing a good range of tourist facilities including good quality restaurants, beach bars, small supermarkets, and artesan shops. You will find the local villagers very receptive and can feel a part of the social fabric of a small Brazilian beach town.
